TRAINING COURSES
OUR USP’s
Automotion offers its customers a series of standard training courses in which you learn how to work with all Schneider equipment, how to configure and program it, and how to perform maintenance or error analysis on your machines yourself. You will be taught by experienced teachers with extensive practical experience. The sessions can also be given in French or English. The training courses take place in our training room. The theory is always tested with practical examples on our mobile test stands. In addition, we have a practice room where the acquired knowledge can be tested on our Delta robot unit or Cartesian robot setups. Do you prefer a training at your office or need a customised training? Contact us to discuss the options.
Software tools: Controls Software – Edge Control
Controls Software - Edge Control. Automation and software go hand in hand. Therefore it is necessary to have knowledge about the programming environment. EcoStruxure Machine Expert, SoMove and Vijeo Designer are part of the Schneider Electric development environment. If you want to teach your technical team basic skills or broaden their knowledge to expert level, contact us to create a suitable training programme.
Software tools: PC Based Software – Cloud & On Premise
What is the performance of the machine, how do you monitor the line, and how do you deal with data from controllers and cameras on premise and in the cloud. Discover how this tooling connects seamlessly with the Controls Software, and extend your service model using our PC-based solutions in combination with Schneider Electric’s Advisor software.
CORRECT MAINTENANCE AND ERROR ANALYSIS
Being able to perform correct maintenance and error analysis is invaluable to keep your production processes running smoothly and production downtime to a minimum. This results in a longer lifespan of your machine and long-term cost savings. We therefore offer a range of courses to perform correct maintenance on our robots, linear guides and other Schneider system components. Generating and interpreting diagnostic files, backing up data, upgrading firmware versions, calibrating robots... are just a small selection of our courses with a focus on serviceability.
